As a veteran runner with years of coaching experience, Coach Estes can provide you with a training plan designed to fit around your life and schedule, rather than requiring you to fit your life and schedule around your training plan as often occurs with many internet training plans.  Workouts are described precisely and formatted for your present level of fitness with the expectation that as long as you follow the plan as directed, your level of fitness will improve.  No matter what distance or pace you're at or hope to achieve, FIT has your plan.

FIT RUNNER'S TRAINING PLAN is ideal for:

  • beginners who want to start a running or walking program

We've all seen them; those runners who appear to naturally float over the ground, as if they're skiing over water or skating across ice.  Begrudgingly, we tell ourselves we'll never be able to look like that when we run.  We read about proper running form in books and periodicals written by "experts", we follow the latest minimalist fads, and we frequently come away with mixed signals of just exactly what  proper running form is.

 

The FIT Running Form Video Analysis will help you eliminate the guesswork and show you exactly what you need to do in order to maximize your ability and efficiency.  You'll be filmed from the sides, front & back while you run on a soft-surface track.

You'll review your film with Coach Estes to see what's right and what needs correction and then receive step-by-step instruction regarding the needed modifications in order to maximize your efficiency and form.  You'll discuss the recommended improvements with Coach Estes in simple, common sense terms that will enhance your ability to implement those changes.

After comparing the "before" footage of yourself with footage of runners displaying exemplary form, you'll return to the track for filming your "new and improved" form from the sides, front, and back.  You'll receive further feedback and instruction on exercises you can perform to reduce, overcome, and  eliminate inefficiencies and injury risk.

 

While you may never run quite as fast as the great ones, you can at least look fast and feel "fleet of feet" with the FIT Running Form Video Analysis.
