FIT STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAMS

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned veteran, Coach Estes can help you build or rebuild from the ground up. Rather than focusing on the aesthetic appearance of mirror muscles, your training program will incorporate functional strength training with a core emphasis in order to help you better perform normal and above average daily activities with a noticeable reduction of the typically associated fatigue, discomfort, and injury.  Personal Training both in person and online is available for individuals, couples, and small or large groups; including families and teams.

  • Will incorporate nutritional guidance in order to fuel properly and effectively manage weight

  • Sessions of 45 minutes or 1 hour in length

  • Designed to accommodate you and your current fitness level, your schedule, and your lifestyle

  • In Groups: Everyone performs the same exercises but not always the same quantity, weight, or resistance

  • Is focused on immediate improvements AND long-term results with core and balance training emphasized

  • Will challenge you to continually improve your fitness level and strength

  • Allows you to remain safe in your location, avoiding risks of exposure to elements or others

  • Sessions of 30 or 45 minutes in length via video connection
